Emily Lane is a queer and disabled author. She is an MFA candidate in Popular Fiction Writing at Emerson College and holds a BA in Film Production/Screenwriting, so she knows a thing or two about being the film student who initially disliked movies. But she would like everyone to know that she now keeps a running list of favorite movies, and, unsurprisingly, they’re all romantic comedies. On the off chance she’s not reading or writing kissing books, you can find her restocking her TBR in the romance aisle of a bookstore, screaming, “Just shoot the puck already!” at a hockey game, or rewatching Nora Ephron’s filmography for the umpteenth time. Currently, she calls Boston, MA her home.
FALLING FOR FILM is her debut YA romance novel.
